CREATIVE NASSAU PARTNERS WITH THE
IDBS 2015 SUMMER ART CAMP

The students work produced at the Summer Camp

will be on display at Doongalik Studios at the end of
the month at a date and time to be announced.

Creative Nassau is honoured to have been invited to

partner with the IDB for their 2015 Summer Art Camp
taking place this month at Bethel Baptist Church on
Meeting Street (photo below) and at the Gladtidings
Tabernacle on Kemp Road (shown at top right). The
theme for the Camp is Energy and the students are
under the able tutelage of artists, Yutavia George and
Kirkland Deal.
Pam and Patti addressed the enthusiastic students
ranging in age from 9-14 years, about Creative Nassau
and the meaning of Independence, and encouraged
them to take advantage of their creative workshop with
a view to not only having fun learning as much as they
can, but also to using these skills in years to come.
This event is an important and exciting activity to kick
start CNs Community involvement.
K Smith, hyperrealist coloured pencil artist from The
Place for Art, also addressed the students and demonstrated his amazing artistic skills (right bottom photo).
