The project for the incubation workshop it is a business plan to present

to investors it or to get it in a business plan contest. My idea for the 1 st part of
the project is to open a bar. A bar is a great business for young entrepreneurs
like us because it is a place for young people like ourselves and also older
people to socialize between them or between people of their own ages. Here
in Chihuahua we are used to go to bars instead of clubs because we like to
talk and drink not just dancing and drinking so generally we like bars because
we can meet new people in them. My idea for this bar that I am going to start
is to sell craft beers and liquors not just the commercial ones but the special
ones. Also the place will be to separate like the bars. One will be with a kind of
music and volume a lot more relaxed for the ones that want to hear the music
but also talk between them without the music that loud. And the other part will
be focused to a younger crowd with music for their tastes.

I am going to have like 2 different names for the two types of bar. The one for
the older crowd will be named el calador this name is because in this bar I
am going to sell the craft beers and liquors. The other part of the bar for the

younger crowd will be called el aguantadorthis name is because younger

people drink so they can have a better alcohol resistance.
The size of both bars will be very big 12 to 15 personnel. These workers will
be divided into: kitchen staff, bartenders, security guard, and waiters. At first
these will be my personnel but as we start to grow we will hire more
personnel.
It will be located in the Periferico de la Juventud. In the plazas that are in the
side of it. I chose this place because in Chihuahua it is where most people
pass to search for places to eat to drink and have fun.
The management team will be my partner and me managing the whole place
diving expenses and of course the profits.
The marketing plan will be at first at our school and billboards through the city,
also magazines, newspapers, and social media.
The operating plan will be to have capable people of serving the different
types of costumers that we will have, and also give them the best craft beers
and liquors that the city or Mexico can give them.
Right now I am thinking of getting a partner and divide the expenses, but if a
can not find a partner, find an investor, or get a loan of the bank.
