ISO 9000 is a family of standards, which is


made for quality management systems.
ISO 9000 is maintained by
the International Organization for
Standardization and it is administered by
certified bodies and its rules are updated
as per requirements of time. Some of the
requirements in ISO 9001 to 2008 (which
is one of the standards in the ISO 9000
family) include.

of the members in the organization to achieve
the quality objectives.
