This film is rated for 15+ however, younger
audiences; such as teenagers 13+ would be
able to watch the film.
It contains some sex, some strong language,
smoking and alcohol.

AUDIENCE FOR THE HOLIDAY?

The Holiday is rated 12+ and is well suited to its

rating.
Several instances of kissing. Two drunken sexual
encounters -- characters drink together and discuss
what happened later; two men admit cheating on
their partners; discussions of "foreplay."
It also includes some violence when Amanda
punches Ethan.
The language is fairly strong including f**k and
s**t.

FEMALE AUDIENCE BE INTERESTED
IN?

The female audience would be interested in the

scenes where the main characters fall in love
with the man or women they choose.
The breakup could be a scene aimed more at
women, as they would likely sympathise more
with the characters.
Furthermore, they may also be interested in
reconciliation when the characters get back
together and express their love for each other.

Myself being a man I can say that for most

would be more interested in the more sexual
scenes.
Men may also be interested in the rejection
scenes as well and may empathise with the
character.
