COMPLAINTS ON MAL-TREATMENT AND MARGINALISATION
We are writing to complain on the behalf of the labourers in STANDARD FLOUR MILL
COMPANY of the administrations of Indians under an unregistered contractor in Nimasa
union. This administration has been treating the laboureres as second class citizens
(slave) in this great country. It uses the labourers as beast of of burden thereby
pressuring them to do jobs suiting the companys demand but the benefits accrue to
the them (administrators). Moe repelling is the administrators insistence on the
payment of #6.50k for each 50kg of flour load on to a Truck, which is the lowest rate
compare to the amount paid by other FLOUR MILLS. As a matter of fact, the said
#6.50k is nothing compared to the stress involve in loading the bags under the sun.

The administrators has incessantly resisted our moved and agitation for
increment ,they set up spies and saboteurs among us ,stealthily paying them to
monitor and downplay our quest for improved working condition, they strategically
set up machineries to witch hunt and contemptuously frustrate our manifestoes
and personnel.
They sack at will with no compensation for the sacked labourers the
pay packets is nothing to writ home about after welfare expenses had been
deducted. This has led to frequent failures and disappointed in getting values for
our services in every attempt made by the labourers. We work under duress,
unsafe condition and fear of being clamped on. All these in view activated our
move to call on you (sir)to come to our aid we believe your great office could help
us salvage the situation and help us to achieve improved condition of services .
