Strengths: Ms. Hamm is weell organized, develops detailed learning plans aligned with the curriculum and pacing,
provides frequent formative assessments to check for understanding, and revisits/reteaches material when needed.
Areas of Improvement: With further experience, Ms. Hamm should work on showing enthusiasm for learning. She
should more descriptive feedback beyond yes/no or correct/incorrect responses to students to deepen understanding.
Continue to work on questioning technique. She should develop plans and management skills that better engage all
students in her lessons during individual and small group activities.
