E-Portfolio Reflection
This course was really good, but it could use some improvements. To make it
easier for the student in the beginning of the semester, you could come up with
several general workout plans for different outcomes. Then you could have the
student build off of their basic work out plan. It seemed a little over whelming in the
beginning building the work out plan because I didnt know the names of the work
outs I wanted to do. Another suggestion would be to have specific days were you
focus on certain work outs and you have the class do them together, in some sort of
circuit. Thats how I thought the class was going to be like, since my past strength
training classes had been like that.
