I have had the honor of having Jacob Moore in my Preparing for College Math class
this current academic year. As his 10-year goal indicates, Jacob desires to become an
anesthesiologist by completing the following: finishing Merced High School with a 3.0
GPA, attending Merced College for his General Education, and then finishing his
bachelor degree at UC Davis in their medical center. In order to start his career, Jacob
has pursued a position at Mercy Medical Center in Merced as an intern aide in the
Emergency Room.

Based on both his efforts in my class this year and the research that he is done in
order to complete this marathon of a goal, I am convinced that Jacob has the
determination needed to achieve his goal of working in the medical field. For that
reason I highly endorse him for your Anesthesiology educational program. If you
