    OneofthefirstcharacteristicsIadmireinNoahishisgentle,calmnature.Whetherheisfaced
    withthetypicaldaytodaymultitaskingofahighschoolstudent,orthosecertainhighstress
    situationslifecanbring,heisabletocopewithwhateverlifehandshimwithapoisenotoften
    seeninadolescents.Whilethisquietleadershipcanbeoverlookedinstudents,itholdsan
    importantplaceintheclassroomandtheworkforce.Insidetheclassroom,hisquietnature
    makeshimagoodlistener,andtherefore,astrongerlearner.Intheworkplace,Noahwouldbe
    thatpersonwhoremainscalmunderpressure.

    AnothernoticeablequalitywithinNoahishiswillingnesstojumpinandhelpothers.I
    experiencedthisfirsthandwithhiminsidetheclassroom.Teachingataonetooneschool,
    whereallstudentshaveaccesstotechnologycanbequiteachallenge,buthavingNoahinmy
    classhasbeenahugeblessing.OfallthestudentsIseeinaday,Noahistheonlyonewhois
    readyandwillingtohelpanystudentwithoutbeingaskedorexpectingpraise.Notonlyishe
    savvywithtechnology,moreimportantly,hecanteachotherstudents(andhisteacher)howto
    solvemosttechrelatedissues.

    Finally,IfindNoahDevinetobe,verysimply,aniceyoungman,andIcanseegreatpotentialin
    him.Ifeelconfidentthathewouldbeanassettoyourprogram,andIamhonoredtohavebeena
    partofhiseducationaljourney.
