Goal #4

To Increase Attendance at Hoedown for HOPE on October 1, 2016


Impact Objectives:
1.

Informational: To increase awareness of Hoedown for HOPE with Spokane residents and the
corporate community by 15% by November 1, 2016.

2.

Behavioral: To increase attendance of Spokane businesses and corporations at Hoedown for HOPE
by 15% by November 1, 2016.

3.

Attitudinal: To increase positive opinion surrounding Hoedown for HOPE within the Spokane
community by 15% by November 1, 2016.

Output Objectives:
1

Create a Facebook campaign to increase interest around the event with posts each week that provide
information about the event and how to sign up, as well as incentives to attend such as sneak peaks
and enticing information.

4.

Design and distribute a mailing campaign including sponsorship opportunities to both local Spokane
businesses and larger corporations housed within Spokane to encourage attendance and engagement
from the corporate community.

5. Host an open house at Spokane HOPE specifically targeted at those involved in the Eastern
Washington University and Washington State University Spokane campuses such as doctors, medical
professionals, students, faculty and staff members to increase awareness about the program and
encourage participation and engagement with Spokane HOPE, both during the event and throughout
the year.
