Nursing Philosophy: Nurses are responsible for providing the best care to all patients by giving their utmost to restore patients back to good health, and to collaborate with healthy patients to maintain optimum health, They use proven or prescribed guidelines to restore patients’ to a state of independence allowing the client to perform activities of daily living in their homes, on their jobs, at school, or in their communities. It is the responsibility of the nurse to be knowledgeable of changing technology and methods of best practice in order to be able to successfully perform their duties. Nurses are also valuable members of the inter-professional healthcare team so continuing education programs for nurses should be of very high standards to help nurses gain the highest level of education, which will help them to perform their jobs more effectively (RPNAO).
