Judge Jacqueline Schwartz is hereby immediately suspended from office

with pay pending disposition of this proceeding. The parties shall file
simultaneous responses as to why Judge Schwartz should not be suspended without
pay pending disposition of this proceeding. The responses shall be filed no later
than Monday, May 9, 2016. Reply to responses may be filed by Thursday, May
19, 2016.
The effective date of suspension shall be at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 19,
2016. The Court Administrator for the Eleventh Judicial Circuit shall submit a
personnel action request (PAR) form to the Personnel Office of the Office of State
Courts Administrators for processing.
