FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Give a Little and Be a Hero Too

(KENNESAW, GEORGIA)- Dr. Daniel S. Papp welcomes Hero Childrens Hospital to

Kennesaw State University to hold the hospitals first blood drive.
Since the hospital opened in January, the staff and research team have been running
nonstop caring for patients. Its safe to say that the number of patients admitted greatly exceeded
expectations. So much so that the hospital is in need of some extra help from the public. Dr. Dan
Papp, President of Kennesaw State University was happy to oblige the request of holding a blood
drive on campus. We would love to help the hospital in any way we can, said Dan Papp. Our
students and faculty have always been very generous when it comes to donating.
To show appreciation, free T-shirts and snacks will be provided when patrons donate. As
extra thank you, the first 30 donators will have a chance to meet with the surprise special guests
attending the hospitals Hero Night event in April. Hero Hospital take all blood types and
donations are transferred directly back to Hero Hospital to help a child in need. The drive will be
held March 23 and 24 in the Student Center University Rooms from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. For more
