•  Can a “safe” (development) space be created in organisations without sacrificing the organisation task?

•  How do we make the internal journey in order to understand our internal state of being? How do we help others on this
journey?

•  Do we behave in ways that we want to behave, or behave in ways we believe others want us to behave?

•  WHAT IS THE MENTAL CONSTRUCT OF WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN LEADERSHIP?

•  If “leadership” and leaders are always evolving and the action of leadership is individual where/how do we find role
models in organisation/community?

•  How do we influence the organisation that the inner journey is an important one to make?

•  How do we help out leaders acknowledge their internal state of being?

•  Taking up leadership is one thing, but how do you sustain it continually over time?

•  What are we leading toward?

•  What would leading from our true nature look and feel like?

•  Why are we obsessed with talking about leadership?
