Germany St. Barcelona 1, Buhay na Tubig, Imus Cavite by these presents, do
hereby NAME, APPOINT and CONSTITUTE JOSEMARIE O. SAN JUAN, also a Filipino,
of legal age, authorized representative of DONABEL C. RICALDE - Licensed
Customs Broker, with office address at Unit 219-B BPI Condo. Plaza Cervantes St.,
Binondo, Manila, to be my true and lawful ATTORNEY-IN-FACT for me, to do the
following acts and things to wit:
To represent me in the processing and obtaining of the documents for the
lifting of abandonment of shipment of 1x40 contr. stc: 1 Unit used 2014 MINI
UKL-L COOPER which arrived in Manila last August 23, 2015 loaded on board the
vessel LT Cortesia 0307-061E.
To execute any documents that may be required.
DO HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said ATTORNEY-IN-FACT full
power and authority whatsoever requisite necessary in and about the premises
as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully do, if personally
present; and, DO HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that my said
ATTORNEY-IN-FACT shall lawfully do by virtue of these presents.
