I am writing in response to an announcement recently posted on the Jackson
Memorial Hospital employment opportunities web site for new nursing
graduates. As you can see from my resume, I will graduate in April 2016
from the Miami Dade College School of Nursing and begin my bachelors in
August of 2016.
Through my clinical rotations, most of which have been completed at JMH, I
have had the opportunity to work in several settings, including medicalsurgical, critical care, psychiatric, and Intensive care units. My positive
experiences enabled me to develop strong, diverse skills that prepare me for
my future challenges in nursing.
Jackson Memorial Hospital has left a huge imprint on my heart due to the
culturally diverse, timeliness, and effectiveness of the employees, which I
hope to exemplify in my future as a nurse. I believe, from my previous work
and school related experiences that I will be an innovative addition to your
hospital and be a detrimental part to safety, quality care, and overall patient
satisfaction.
