Important Notes:
-Duties will take effect on 11th April 2016, Monday
-Attendance Marking from 0700-0715 at the CMS Foyer, Piano
-Be clear of your duties. If not, please ASK!
-Put your bags behind your assembly area in an orderly manner
-In event where assembly area is in the friendship hall, put your
bags outside the Friendship Hall along the wall
-AVOID putting your bags outside the HOD room, metal tables
-Collect your bags and assemble with your classes after your
duties
-If you are going to be late, please contact Kahxuan or Vincent
and provide a valid reason (etc. Traffic Jam, Sick, Heavy Rain)

Guidelines:
-Placards are to be PLACED by 0705
-Be PUNCTUAL in putting the placards. Ensure each class have
sufficient space to sit
-Leave spaces in between each class for teachers to walk
-Collect the placards after assembly and return to the SC Room

-All chairs to be set up by 0715

-Clear all chairs/benches after assembly
-If whole school assembly together, do duty together
-For upper sec logistics in the ISH, please move the benches
backwards
-All shutters in the ISH have to be up before the assembly starts

-After assembly, chase the students back to their classroom

Late-Coming Duties
Put your bags in the SC Room before your duties

-Position yourself near the general office and show the students
where to proceed for booking

-Look out for late comers and line them up for booking
-Ensure late comers are booked and look out for students trying
to sneak away

Ushers: Mohamad Farhan, Ker Jing Yee, Valerie Yip

-Sort out the late comers in level; ensure they line up in order
-Lead the students to their respective assembly area
-Look out for students trying to sneak away

Reflection Room: K Lin Lynn, Gracia Chan

-Duty starts at 0720

-Ensure students that are supposed to report to the reflection
room stays in there

Side Gate: Er Chen Wen, Dara Clysta Connell

-Report at the back gate at 0720 sharp

-Lead students who are late (0725) to outside HOD Room for
booking

Assembly Area:

-Encourage the students to move faster to their assembly area
-Settle the late comers in front/at a side of their assembly area
