BHS Alumni Scholarship Application

The Bucklin Alumni Association holds an annual scholarship golf tournament over
Memorial Day week-end each year to raise money for scholarship for BHS
graduates. This year we expect to award up to 5 - $500.00 scholarships to
members of the Class of 2016. If awarded to you, the scholarship will be paid
directly to you after the successful completion of the Fall 2016 and Spring 2017
semester. The award will be split, $250.00 for the fall 2016 semester and $250.00
for the spring 2017 semester. If you are selected, you must provide documentation
of the completion of a minimum of 12 credit hours each semester and a GPA of 2.0
or higher in order for the scholarship to be paid. If you are attending a technical
school, we will request comparable data to document completion and grade
attainment, prior to paying the scholarship awarded.
If you would like to be considered for one of these scholarships, please complete the
following questions and return to Emily Davis at the school no later than Monday,
May 9th. We plan to announce the scholarship recipients during graduation on May
21st.
