Chapter 1.26 Plumbing Fixtures
Group assignment
Working in small groups, as determined by your instructor, you will investigate the
municipal regulations of your choice within your assigned Region governing the
installation and use of garbage grinding units.
After researching currently enforced regulations, you will report your findings to the rest
of the class. These findings will include but not be limited to the following issues;
1. Date of implementation of current regulation,
2. Details of the regulation as it relates to the installation and use of garbage
grinding units,
3. Justification(s) given in the public notices,
4. Details of any penalties identified in the regulations for contraventions.

The research and presentation of findings will be assessed as per the following Rubric;
