Dear Chapter Representatives,

My name is Amy Tsai and I am the National Board Treasurer for 2013-2014s academic year. I
hope you all had a wonderful summer and look forward to working with you this upcoming year!
Below is a summary of National Board Dues for the 2013-2014 academic year. Please mark your
calendars accordingly.

One time flat fee of $250 per chapter for the entire academic year:
This amount, along with per-member charges for the Fall Semester/Quarter statement must
be postmarked by Friday, October 18, 2013.

For Semester Schools:

$25.50 per member for each semester.
Fall semester dues need to be postmarked by Friday, October 18, 2013.
Spring semester dues need to be postmarked by Friday, February 14, 2014.

For Quarter Schools:

$17.00 per member for each quarter.
Fall quarter dues need to be postmarked by Friday, October 18, 2013.
Winter quarter dues need to be postmarked by Friday, January 24, 2014.
Spring quarter dues need to be postmarked by Friday, April 11, 2014.
Dues must be paid for every active, associate, and new member. The inactive and affiliate
members who do not pay chapter dues are exempt. Enclosed is the chapter statement and roster
that must be completed and submitted to me via e-mail ONLY. On the chapter statement, please
check off whether your school is on a semester or quarter system. On the chapter roster, please list
all actives, inactives, associates, and new members under their respective columns, only first and
last names are needed. Make sure you keep a copy for your records.
Please make cashiers checks or money orders payable to alpha Kappa Delta Phi - National
Fund. Make sure your chapter name and reason for check (National Dues) are included on the
check. It is critical that National Board dues are received in a timely manner. This will help
maintain chapter accountability and integrity. All checks will be deposited within two weeks of the
due date. Please note that there will be a $5.00 per day late charge accrued to your chapter
payment.
**If you are mailing National Dues and Insurance Fees simultaneously, DO NOT COMBINE
THEM on one check, as they are deposited in two different accounts.
** Option to pay via WePay is available if you elect not to pay through cashiers check/money
order. To receive a WePay invoice, chapter statement and roster must be received at least 3
business days prior to the payment deadline to ensure enough time to process and avoid any late
fees.
