    Food Pantry

    IKM-Manning Elementary grades take
    turns donating /supplying items for the
    local food pantry. It is our turn. J
    Needed items include: canned oranges,
    mixed vegetables, Velveeta cheese,
    pickles, fruit juice, and cleaning supplies.
    Items may be dropped off at the Irwin or
    Manning site. Thank you so much for
    helping those in need in our own
    communities!

    Reading Testing
    Next Monday we will be
    completing our final round
    of fluency and
    comprehension testing.
    Some tips that may help
    your child be more
    successful are:

    *Eat a healthy, filling
    breakfast
    *Have a quiet, relaxing
    evening
    *Get a good nights sleep
    *Discuss doing their best

    If you would like a little
    extra practice, Study Island
    is an excellent site to utilize
    at home.
