How to Use Google Keep
Google Keep
Enter your Google Account.
Click the 9 block icon Scroll down and click more, then click even more. Google Keep will be on the lower right column. You can move Keep to your task bar or just up in your 9 block icon. You can change your layout by clicking the bar in the upper yellow task bar. You can set reminders and manage your notes by clicking the triple line icon in the upper left corner. You can add images to your notes and add new notes with a single click. You can color coordinate your notes to attach to a certain task.
How to Organize Your Stuff
Google Organization
Enter your Google Account.
Click the 9 block icon. Enter Drive. Think of your drive as your file cabinet. Create a folder for all areas of your teaching life such as:
Within each master folder, create subfolders.
A folder for each subject.
A folder for each activity you sponsor. A folder for student collaboration documents. A folder for peer collaboration documents. Ex. A folder for each unit.
You are able to share to increase
collaboration. You can share as a read only informational base.

Parent information sheets (beginning of the year).
Materials Check out forms for testing. Training verification sheets for testing. SpEd Teacher observation forms (coded, no student names or numbers). Summary of performance forms. Quick assessments. Sign up for class parties. Sign up for tutoring, remediation sessions, extension sessions, etc. Registration for clubs. Calculator Rental form. SST Concerns/ observations/ performance (coded, no student names or numbers).

Able to embed into your course homepage or content pages (or most any location within eClass. Answers are populated in a spreadsheet. Spreadsheets can be manipulated in place or downloaded as an Excel spreadsheet.
