-Assisted the nurses working in the nursing home with transporting patients in wheel chairs to
different locations. Directed games with patients.
Highline Medical Center Volunteer (11- 12)
- Clean the medication rooms, transport water and materials such as soaps and gloves to patient
rooms. Discharge patients.
Kent Covenant Church:
! Providing food for homeless (10-12)
! Neighborhood clean up (10-12)
! Sunday School for (pre-kindergarden) (10 - 12)
City Of Kent (10-12)
-! Volunteered through the City of Kent by cleaning up trash around local parks and assisted
with taking away invasive plants as well as cleaning up graffiti.
Family faith home child care assistant (9-12)
- Assist the teachers with supporting kids with homework, changing baby diapers, and coordinating outside activities and meals. I have been participating since 9th grade 2 hours every day of
the week.
Clubs
BSU: As a member I participated in events to encourage other minorities to come together and
embrace our backgrounds.
Photography Club:I organized events where the club could showcase our photos as well as gain
members. I also was in charge of how we used our expenses.
TJ Model UN: As a member I was involved in research and discussions on current news involving women rights, human rights, and poverty.
LWO Cultural group: I performed with the group of the Lwo tribe from Uganda at cultural
events around the state and fundraisers to show our culture and bring diversity to the community.
