| have had the privilege of having TAMI WATANABE in my Nursing
360psychiatric clinical rotation during the spring semester 2016. During this time, | have
noted Tami's amiability, commitment and work ethic.
One of Tami’s profound characteristics is her amiability. She fits well in any
team, able to contribute to the group. She would give her best for the group. | have
learned to value her perspective. She has been able to provide a different perspective
that would benefit any group.
Next, Tami’s commitment to her nursing career and development of herself as a
professional was noted next. She carried herself with professionalism during her time
she was in the clinical rotation. | have also known Tami as the Licensed Practical Nurse
at Wahiawa Hospital when | have done clinicals on the long-term care units, She is truly
a safe practioner and is accountable to her practice.
Lastly, Tamislast attribute is her strong work ethic. She is accountable as a
student and much more as a professional. She is a hard worker and is able to follow
through on deadiines.
| wholeheartedly endorse Tami as a registered nurse. | would advocate that she
goes further in her nursing career, as this is a stepping-stone to a prosperous nursing
career. She would be great in any team, and seriously be an asset to any organization
because her amiability, commitment and work ethic.

Dear Nurse Manager,
|lam writing this letter of recommendation for Tami Watanabe. She was my Adult and illness II
clinical student at Kapiolani Community College, Department of Nursing. She has shown great
maturity and progress through the rigorous curriculum of the nursing department. Adult and
Ines Ill is the final level of a comprehensive medical-surgical nursing course. The concepts
taught in this course reflect critical care integration and processes. Tami has shown great
provement in attaining the complexity of the subject.
Tami was trained at Straub Hospital and Clinic. She was able to handle a full four patient load
four weeks earlier than required. Her patient preparation prior to clinical was insightful and
complete. She is able to understand the pathology-physiology of the patient, medication
regimen, and treatment. Her assertiveness to communicate with medical staff improved as the
clinical weeks progressed.
Tami has shown her familiarity and competence in her nursing skills, such as IV antibiotics,
medication administration, and various nursing procedures. She has good work ethics and is
well-liked by the nursing staff, and get along with others.
| highly recommend Tami for a registered nurse position in your organization. She has prepared
herself well to become a new registered nurse. Her dedication to her work will make her a
great asset for your unit.
