No two children are alike, therefore, we must learn how to adapt to each child individually. CARA’s kit is a tool that can be used to help with behavior management as well as adaptations in the classroom setting. When I started my first preschool teacher job, I worked with very few coworkers who had any education in the early childhood field. There were specific toys that the children always seemed to fight over and get upset about. I noticed that there was a simple kitchen timer in the supply closet.
