I. Pupils Development

Participated during the Launching of the Nutrition Month Celebration.

Height and weight were determined and their Nutritional Status identified.
Participated during the School Feeding Program.
Joined the Search for Mr. & Ms. Nutrition, 2013.
Acquired remedial reading during the conduct of the Phil-IRI pre-test.
Planted Okra seeds and other ornamental plants.
Painted the garden fence.
Participated during the school-based Deworming Project
Participated during the elections for the schools YES-Organization.

II. Teachers Development

Participated during the launching of the Nutrition Month celebration.

Spearheaded the weekly classroom feeding.
Conducted Homeroom PTA meeting and discussed the proposed project, rules
& regulations of the school.
Organized a new Homeroom Class Officers.
Attended every staff conference.
Attended the General PTA Meeting
Administered the school-based deworming to the pupils.
Participated during the conduct of the YES-O elections.
Prepared daily lesson plans with PELC-based objectives.
Identified and monitored number of slow readers in class.
Conducted the Phil-IRI Pre-test in English & Filipino.
Identified the Nutritional Status of the pupils.
Replied to urgent Form 137-E requests.
Actively participated during the Nutrition Month culminating program.
