To Whom It May Concern:

I am writing this letter on behalf of Ryan Whitehorse. Ryan is enthusiastic, well
organized and out going. He is a mature, intuitive student and is a pleasure to
have in class. I look forward to working with him in the future.
I had the pleasure of having Ryan in my class during the fall 2014 semester. He
performed well on exams, contributed to class discussions and turned in quality
assignments. He is currently completing his secondary student teaching
experience and I expect he will exceed expectations. Ryan has a wonderful attitude
about school and thoroughly enjoys working with children. I had the pleasure of
observing Ryan during his teaching experiences in my course. He is a caring and
incredibly humanistic person who likes and respects youngsters. He was well
organized and followed the curriculum as written. He asked for advice when
needed, but was not afraid to try out his own ideas.
Ryan deals with students in a fair and consistent manner. He quickly develops a
positive rapport with students to gain their trust and respect. He holds students
accountable using positive methods and works hard to ensure each student's
success.
Ryan is enthusiastic and has a positive attitude. He accepts constructive feedback
well and can transfer the information immediately to the teaching situation.
Ryan is a professional and will enrich any staff. It is without hesitation that I
recommend Ryan for any available position. I am confident he will meet and
exceed all expectations and be an asset to any school. I look forward to having him
as a colleague one day.
