Filipino, and with address at Sunflower St., Navy

Base Subdivision, Baguio City, after having been
duly sworn to in accordance with law, hereby depose
and state that:
1.Sometime on September 8, 2015, at about 7:30
and

8:00

in

the

evening,

was

standing

outside of a store when I saw Sato Sanad

conversing with Rizal Espiritu in front of
Starlight Bakery located at Sunflower Street,
Navy Base Subdivision, Baguio City.
2.Later, I saw Sato Sanad and Rizal Espiritu,
who

placed

his

arm

around

the

formers

shoulder, walk away.

3. I am executing this affidavit to attest to
the veracity of the foregoing and for all
legal intents and purposes it may serve.
