    Allison,
    I think that we should definitely have a talk with Ken. We all should sit down for lunch
    tomorrow at noon and speak to him about this issue.
    We are moving too slow getting this project completed and the deadline is nearing as you
    mentioned. We need to have Ken understand that we are a team, so we need to
    communicate effectively amongst one another. He has not showed up to a meeting twice
    and that was valuable time wasted.
    During this lunch meeting with Ken, if we find that he has so much going on in his life
    causing confliction with work, we can surely be understandable and delegate
    responsibilities accordingly. I am all for helping each other out! If Ken just does not want
    to get with the program, then further action will have to take place.
    Lets meet at the California Pizza at noon tomorrow.
