GENERAL PLAN OF ACTIONS

1. FURTHER EXPLORE THE POTENTIALS OF SOTECH CONSTITUENTS
This is necessary for an active student involvement in order to build a stronger
and more solid academic organization, through the following:
To properly disseminate information to the SoTech constituents regarding
events and to effectively explore and discover more constituents with
potentials who can represent the academic organization in various
competitions (may it be physical, mental or cultural)
To give the constituents equal opportunity in student involvement and
participation in various competitions and events
2. MAKE SURE THAT ALL EVENTS UNDER MY RESPONSIBILITY WILL BE DEALT WITH
ACCORDINGLY AND EFFICIENTLY, SPECIFICALLY, A MORE ORGANIZED PAHAMPANG
WHICH INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING EVENTS:
a. Literary Musical
b. Irampa
c. HASA
d. Sports
This is necessary to maintain the academic organizations already excellent
performance and to further bring School of Technology to greater heights, through
the following:
To conduct an inventory on the materials and equipment at the start of the
academic year
To provide sufficient materials and equipment through solicitations,
sponsorships and income generating projects
To organize an efficient system with effective sub-committees at the
beginning of the academic year which would manage the try-outs and
auditions necessary for the preparations for the various events and
competitions, with proper monitoring
To make sure that all the needs and rights of the constituents participating
will be catered accordingly
