GENERAL PLAN OF ACTION

To increase the active societal, political and environmental involvements and upscale the
number of advocates for change in the SoTech Population by:
1. EDUCATION

Bringing awareness towards the SoTech population about societal, political and
environmental issues by holding forums and organizing events that will tackle or
discuss these issues.
Giving clarification and proper understanding about campaigns on gender
equality, climate change and other issues in which SoTech individuals are also
part of.

2. PARTICIPATION AND SOCIETAL IMMERSION

Utilize students strengths through creation of programs and activities that gear
toward the propagation of knowledge from to the society.

Integrate students into the community to allow the exchange of information and
experiences that will ultimately solidify the concern and interest in the pressing
problems that concern the LGBTQ community and those affected due to
environmental problems.
Expose students to the problems and allow them to formulate possible solutions
that may be utilized to alleviate the pressing concerns.

3. SOLUTION FORMATION

Acquire ideas from the students through direct involvement with the USC or SC
by creating groups that will formulate actions to address concerns found.
Create IGPs that will be done to fund and support projects planned that will help
improve the current situation of the environment and the LGBTQ in the
community.
Coordinate and support with existing projects and actions by organizations like
OUnCES, UP Lipad and Greenthumbs that serve the same purpose.
