4th Annual Dinner Meeting Minutes (30th March 2015,Monday)

Testing food is on Wednesday (1/4/2015) at 7pm.Few staffs and

students(11 people) will be involved.
Rehearsals will be held on 11/5,12/5 and 15/5 (time will be
confirmed later).The emcees, performers and the committee who
are in charged on that day have to present.
7 lecturers paid so far
1st Year:79/85 paid
2ndYear:35/87 paid
3rd Year:30 paid
4th Year:28 paid
5th Year:49 paid + few people paid to Yuk Hoong
Nursing:49 paid
TNC (Prof Shahril) and Pengarah Hospital will be invited to the
annual dinner.
Food Set A is chosen
Sugithra is in charged for the awards
Roughly RM1000 is needed for gifts/awards
There will be lucky draw if theres enough money and the prizes will
be stay 1 day at the Hotel for free,Parksons/KFC vouchers and
hampers
RM100 for petrol will be given to Nursing students who are involved
in performances
Ifza will design the tickets for lecturers
Estimated time for the Deans list award is 1 hour. All the
recipients/representatives compulsory to attend annual dinner.
