August 2015 to Present: Office of Residence Life at James Madison University


in Harrisonburg, VA

Position: Resident Adviser

Description: I am the leader of a floor of 34 residents in Weaver Hall and help
to create a strong community in the residence hall we live in by hosting
programs, helping with any school-related or personal issues residents that
residents may have, and performing various duties that maintain safety and
order in the hall.

July 2010 to Present: Young Actors Theater Summer Camp at the Reston
Community Center at Hunters Woods, Reston, VA

Position: Camp Counselor/Production Assistant

Description: I supervise and facilitate the acting, singing, and dancing


activities for a group of children ages 7 to 11. I also gather props for the
musical that is performed on the Main Stage at the end of each of the five-
week sessions.

January 2015 to May 2015: Explore More Discovery Museum in


Harrisonburg, VA

Position: Regular Volunteer

Description: Once a week, I helped to keep all stations and areas of the
museum clean and organized for the children of all ages and their parents
that come into the museum. I also guided parents in certain activities with
their children.

May 2014 to December 2014: The Gap in Reston Town Center in Reston, VA

Position: Sales Associate


Description: I performed the tasks of facilitating customer transactions at the
cash register, assisting customers, making the store look nice and
presentable, and familiarizing myself with the inventory and promotional
offers of the store.

Summer 2013 & 2014: Internship with the Initiative for Public Art- Reston
(IPAR) in Reston, VA

Position: Video Intern


Description: I captured film clips, held interviews, and put together short
documentaries on different art projects going on in the Reston, VA area
including the sculpture at the Reston Town Center and the mosaics at the
Dogwood Pool.

2010 to 2012: Lake Anne Art Rave for Kids at the Reston Community Center
at Lake Anne Plaza, Reston, VA

Position: Camp Counselor
Description: I helped children ages 7 to 11 with the art activities they were
assigned to do and cleaned and prepared art supplies.

2012 to Present: CIC, Inc. (Lab Equipment Company) Fairfax, VA

Description: I supervise the shipping of lab equipment as needed.
