List of guests name should be sent at least 3 days before the date of the event/ occasion.
Only names that were submitted will be allowed to enter the premises.
All food requirements should be ordered in advance
Swimming time is from 7am up to 12mn only( for pool cleaning maintenance)
Proper swimming attire should be worn or at least white shirt, board shorts, no maong
shorts or colorful shirt that may decolorize the pool water.
All kids, below 12yrs old should be accompanied by adults, Hacienda Gracita will not be
liable to incidents that may occur during the time of stay
Strictly no food, beverage/ alcohol, smoking within the pool area
All guests are expected to behave accordingly. Hacienda Gracita has the right to terminate
your booking should any of your members break its rule or act inappropriately
Please dont leave your valuable things unattended. Hacienda Gracita will not be liable for
its of damages or losses
Videoke/ sound system usage, should be toned down after 10pm to avoid any
inconvenience with neighbors
Gate closed at 10pm, should there be a need for you to go out beyond this time, request
should be arrange with the resorts supervisor
