Daily Announcements

Paris High School & Junior High


April 28th, 2016

High School:
The gym is closed the rest of the week.
Please release baseball players and managers at 2:40.
If seniors want flowers to give out at graduation, they need to bring $4 per rose to
Mrs. Billington by next Friday (May 6).

Prom candidates are as follows:


Prince
Trenton Brandl, Chase Redington, Weston Dawson and Ben Ebbesmeyer
Princess
Taylor Dye, Payton Ness, Betsy Embree and Britany Williams
Our King candidates are:
Aaron Atchison, Jacob Pease, Shelby Powell-Wisdom and Kordel Moore
Our Queen candidates are:
Sabrina Wright, Chelsea Holmes, Katelyn Breid and Hannah Bartles
Juniors we will be working on getting the gym ready for prom today and tomorrow, please stay
and help if you are able.
SENIORS: Dont forget to turn in pictures for the slideshow to Kimber or Anna by the end of the
month.

Seniors: There are a few local scholarships still available see Mrs. Youse.
NHS members who are needing hours Holliday school is having a carnival Friday night and is
looking for students to help. For more info see Mrs. Billington.
April 29th---StuCo meeting to decide next years Homecoming Week Theme and Dress up Days,
BOTH INTERVENTIONS-ALL MEMBERS NEED TO ATTEND. Currently 8th Grade Jr. High
Officers are invited to attend.

May the "4th" Be With You Star Wars Fun Day---Final Dress Up Day during school with the
Farewell Fun and Movie Night from 5-9:30. Games from 5-7, movie at 7. Concessions will be
available for purchase.
May 6th--Dress Up Day Winners Class Pizza Party during Lunch
2016/2017 Stu-CO Officer Swear in Meeting will be May 9th during first Intervention.

Junior High:

8th graders who want carnations to hand out during promotion need to bring $1.50 per flower to
the office by May 6th.
Congrats to the boys and girls JH track teams for both finishing 2nd at Knox County
relays.

All 8th graders need to bring in 4 pictures for the graduation slide show by May 2nd. Extra
pictures of parties, dances, class trips, etc. are welcome to add.

ALL STUDENTS:
Colorguard informational meeting on May 2nd in the band room afterschool.

HS boys basketball players for next year need to stop by Coach Billington's room to
give him a t-shirt size.

FCA leadership team will meet Monday in Mrs. Ensor's room.


FCA is having an Extra Innings night following the high school baseball games Friday, May 6.
We will have refreshments, music, and games. All spring athletes, junior high and senior high,
are invited. We will be in one of the shelter houses at the fairgrounds. Have your rides there by
10:30.
There will be a meeting for all softball players 8-11 during 1st intervention today in the health
room.
Krispie Kreme Donut Sales - May 3 before school and during JH Track Meet
Pre-order NOW with any JH Stu Co member or Ms. Wisner! Pre-Orders due by April 29th!

Please return all library books by April 29th.

There will be a silent auction before and after the spring concert on 5/11. Auction opens at 6:00
p.m. and ends 15 minutes after the concert ends. Proceeds go to the Music Department. Please email Mr. Shulse with items you may wish to donate. Please include estimated retail price.
