    1. Class XI mark sheet
    2. Class X mark sheet
    3. 2 passport size photo & 2 stamp size photo
    4. Online payment receipt
    5. Printed application form
    There is slight error happened in marks percentage while filling the online form,
    Please I would like to request you to change the percentage manually.
    1. Class XI marks = 74.32%
    2. Class X marks = 74.10%
