Board Meeting October 20, 2015

Present: Clark Ahlden, Stephanie Brown, Paul
Terrio, Judy Seyb, Sharon Hecht, Susan Drozdz

Call to Order: Clark called the meeting to order at
6:32 pm.
Landscaping and Commons: Clark reports this will
be a short meeting to discuss the landscaping of
the beds. The bed at 4010 Danbury has been
removed and the bed at 4014 Danbury has been
rebuilt. The board agreed to proceed with more bed
work. Stephanie motioned to have 2 more beds
rebuilt, the 1404 Glenshire and 1510 Glenshire
beds. Susan seconded. The motion passed. Clark
will contact the landscaper to see if he has time to
do these beds this fall. Clark will ask the
landscaper if, time permitting, to possibly work on
the bed at 1504 Glenshire.
Adjournment: Clark adjourned the meeting at
7:10 pm.
