American Sniper: Decent movie, more subtle than the criticisms it s been getting o
f it being pure patriotism. But it s not deep enough, neither going deeper into th
e PTSD issues nor deeper into the Iraq was. Shouldn t be nominated here over the l
ikes of Gone Girl, but it s good.
Birdman: Loved this movie, great style of filming, amazing acting from everyone.
Boyhood: This was difficult for me to watch at first, felt like a reality show o
f a kid. I kept on, and it gets better and I like the characters. But the story
isn t that deep. As a movie-experience though it deserves nomination.
The Grand Budapest Hotel: Now I m not that much of an Anderson fan (I ve only seen o
ne other movie) but I really liked this movie. It s funny (not haha but situationa
l funny), it s quirky but has a story. And Ralph Fiennes has a great comedic timin
g. The guy who plays the kid too is great.
The Imitation Game: Good movie, with some really good acting. Should ve gone a bit
deeper with Turing s sexuality as it s supposed to be a major theme in the movie. B
ut it s portrayal of the codebreaking was excellent as a story.
Selma: I started this with some hesitation, but this is a very good movie. And i
t avoids the mistakes where historical figures are deified. MLK is flawed here,
and is doubted at times. Why the movement is non-violent is discussed (and debat
ed a couple of times). A really good movie.

The Theory of Everything: Good movie made better with the acting of the leads. I v
e been hearing of this Felicity Jones for some time and didn t know who on earth s
he was (how many actresses named Felicity are there?) but she s excellent here. Bu
t Redmayne is incredible and definitely deserves all the awards he gets. The phy
sics and the romance is both touched on too lightly for me, would ve been a better
movie if not (the book it s adapted by was said to have a bit more not in the mov
ie)
Whiplash My favorite of the lot. Best mix of story, acting, plot progression and
overall wtf? for me. I d recommend this movie to anyone. JK Simmons deserves all th
e supporting awards he gets.
My personal favourites to least favorite: Whiplash, Birdman, Grand Budapest, Sel
ma, The Theory of Everything, The Imitation Game, Boyhood, American Sniper
For those who don t want "quirky or artsy" movies and just want a good story I rec
ommend: Whiplash, Selma, The Theory of Everything, The Imitation Game

Do abs on alternate days.
3 days lower.
3 days upper
Focus more on calisthenic exercises rather than lifting weights
Crunches are kind of inefficient for core.
Focus on planks and other core exercises that work all core muscle groups
