COMMUNITY WORK

REFERENCES

I love working with people and find joy being a benefit to them. As I mentioned before, I have
spent over five years as a mentor to my students, working with them to better ourselves and
our community. My favorite time was when we travelled to Houston, Texas to volunteer at a
food drive for the unfortunate starving families in Africa. This event helped us to gain a new
understanding of the world around us and how we can help making it better.
