The petition for writ of certiorari is granted. The judgment of the Court of
Appeals of the State of Tennessee, Middle Division, is vacated and the case is
remanded for consideration in light of Teamsters, Chauffeurs, Helpers &
Taxicab Drivers, etc., v. Kerrigan, 353 U.S. 968, 77 S.Ct. 1055, 1 L.Ed.2d
1133.
