Glass particles and the amount of water are the main factor that affect the sound which
produce by the glass. When force applies to the glass, vibration will happen.
-When mass of the glass increase, the lower the pitch that the sound its produced will
be. Lower mass make it easier for the sound wave to vibrate.( sound travel the best in air).More
mass in the glass led to lower frequency and in the other hand, lower is mass will led to higher
of the The frequency. When we use the same size and shape of glass and applied water into it
to increase the mass, the pitch of sound will be lower.Thickness of the glass is a factor which
made the sound clear and sound reverberant. Thinner the glass is, the more clearer the sound
will be.
-Shape of the glass : for a simple wine glass, it look more like a circular shape. This kind
of shape benefits for create echo. Echo is a reflection of a sound which will be reflected inside
the glass before it will travel through external air. For example, when we shouting into the cave,
we will hear our voice over and over again as echos.
-Larger glass will create lower pitch : Larger glass has larger shape and more mass. it
creates lower pitch sound.
-(related)Think of the musical instruments, the larger size always be bass sound (lower
pitch)

highest pitch : Violin (smallest)

High pitch: Viola
Low pitch : Cello
Lowest pitch: Double bass(biggest)
