Medieval Jobs Project

You will be put into groups of 2 or 3 and be researching a job or role
that people had in Medieval Europe. You will need to find out all of these
things:

What they did from day to day

What role did they play in everyday society
Why their job was important
What tools or equipment that they would have needed in order to
complete their job
Any problems that were common with their job
Where they fell within society (as in where were they in the social
order)
What was the life for people who had this job/role
Was this job/role mainly for men or for women
Would people want to have this job
What is the modern day equivalent of the job or position

With this you will make a poster describing the job or role. It will need to be
colorful and easy to read. You will have to present your poster for 3 to 6
minutes you will be graded on your group work and presentation, as well as
how good your poster looks. (You can think of the poster as a help wanted
ad if you want) You may use a PowerPoint if you want as well, it is your
choice but the PowerPoint must be very good and have all of the
information required.
