Advancement in Rockets
rockets date back to as far as 13-15th century.
during the 19th century they were most advanced
the first rocket was made in around 400 B.C.
in 1898 rocketry was used for space exploration
Rockets helped us get creative to make Rockets, Space Shuttles, and
weaponry
A big industry (NASA) has now taken over most of the spacecraft
flights and has gone to various planets and the moon

Type of Rockets
Rockets today are generally divided into a few different types.
Example of the rocket:
Atlas: first developed as an Air Force Intercontinental Ballistic Missile
Titan: Air Force Intercontinental Ballistic Missile
types of rocket propulsion systems:
- Cold-gas- controllability similar to liquids but are the simpler and lighter
- Liquid fuel- come in many shapes and sizes
This picture is an example of Redstone rocket and it
used for the first U.S. live nuclear missile tests.

History of Rockets
-One of the first ever Rockets to successfully launch was called The
Wooden Bird.
-The first ever rocket was built by Robert Goddard.
-The first known military rocket occurred in 1232.
-There was many reports of rocket experiments all through 13th to
the 15th century.
-The principles of rocketry were tested out more.
than 2,000 years ago.
-Rockets were mainly used for military purposes.

useful item in our lives,
They have created many
different opportunities like
weaponary, fireworks, and
travel. An example of
missile weaponry are
bombs. An example of
fireworks are the ones you
use on the 4th of July. An
example of transportation
is the spaceships that go in
space for travel. Rockets
are an important item that
will be used for a long
time
