Dear Mr. Lee,
It is with regret that with this letter I tender my resignation from
your employment, and are therefore giving up my post as Education
Consultant. Working at Pusat Bahasa Titian Jaya was an opportunity
that I truly appreciate. I appreciate the help and support that I had
from you along the way. Ive enjoyed my colleagues and believe
PBTJ provides an excellent work environment for employees.
I am resigning from my current role because Ive been offered the
position of English teacher at Maahad Muhammadi Gua Musang. I
will pursue this opportunity even though I hate to leave PBTJ. I
would like to say that it has been a pleasure to work within your
company. I hope that you take this resignation with the good will in
which it is issued. I hope we may again work together in future.
My memories of PBTJ and my coworkers will be positive.
