• Editing computers and software • Storyboarding software • Blog • Youtube • Web 2.0 Digital media cameras The digital cameras were another big object, that have made the making of our media film possible for students like us. The fact they are cheap to use and do not cost lots of money to edit etc means everyday people can create and edit short films. Digital cameras were definitely one of the biggest influences that allowed us to be creative within our media product as these are very inexpensive and easily accessibility to us. Recording in a digital format let us put video straight to a computer and do the editing etc, and the fact it was digital meant we could film and re film again and again with no extra cost of anything.

Editing software Photoshop and Premier Pro were the two programs we used most with our media product. They were easily accessible through school and they are of a professional standard so using them benefited us greatly. The features of both of these programs are very good, letting us make high quality images/videos, exporting them in different formats enabling us to view them in bigger resolutions or posting them on the internet.
Photoshop specifically allowed us to
create moving gif images, these were used to post on the blog and allowed us to have a moving image for our company logo instead of a standard still image.

Storyboarding software The Hitchcock app for the iPhone.
This app let us make our storyboard much quicker, easier
and of a better quality than drawing a normal story board would. This app was extremely easy to use as we took a photo on the phone, use the photo in the app and then label the shot.
The fact you could download it straight from your iPhone
to the computer and use it on the go was also very helpful, as we could just jot ideas down as they came to us. The time this saved us also allowed us to rethink ideas and make it better, so overall this technology helped us greatly throughout the project. It helped us log all of our thoughts and our
ideas, embed test shots, photos, storyboards and music,

YouTube was also another media technology we used, this allowed us to show our film online and get feed back from people all over the world.
If we were to carry on creating films
and start doing it professionally youtube we be the best way to spread our company's name around and get recognized as film producers in the media industry.

Web 2.0 Most of these media technologies all owe its creation to web 2.0.
This is how blogger is able to be so successful from me posting on my
blog from any where in the world from my phone or laptop.
Web 2.0 is why people are able to comment on our
Video which we posted on youtube so we can get feedback.
It is why I can make a storyboard on my
Phone and then upload it straight to my blog From my phone.
Web 2.0 is a serious advancement in media
Technologies and is helping to push the Advancement of media products forward.
