1. Play a Minute to Win It game each day during the lunch hour. Randomly select the
participants from those members who have paid dues.
2. Invite an FBLA alum from your school who is now out in the business world to come
speak at a chapter meeting about how FBLA prepared them.
3. Host an appreciation breakfast for all members. Invite the staff and faculty of the school
as well as the members and advisory council.
4. Conduct a joint event with another CTSO at your school to celebrate CTE month.
5. Create a poster contest for members to promote FBLA Week. Allow members to vote on
the winning poster and hang that poster around the school.
6. Host a 50-50 raffle at a home athletic event during FBLA Week to raise money for
FBLA.
7. Ask businesses to donate guessing jars and have these guessing jars outside of your
FBLA advisers classroom and allow students to guess on them. Give the winners the jars
as a prize.
8. Have a theme day each day of the week where students dress up to a certain theme. Make
it a competition between the classes to see who has the highest percentage of their class
roster participate.
9. Host a sweetheart dance where FBLA members and their dates get in for free.
10. Have chapter officers interview on a local radio station.
