4 layers- employee, supervisor, supervisors manager, HR
Employee fills the objectives he has achieved during the year
His supervisor gives objectives to him at the beginning of the
year
Portal one stage- objective filling
Supervisor sees it on portal and then one to one discussion
between them happens
If they both agree on the objectives filled by employee, it goes to
supervisors manager and then HR
If they do not agree, employee meets supervisors manager and
there consensus is built
PROMOTION is based on the subjectivity completely
Top performers are identified on the basis of objectives filled on
portal and promotion is given.
