Abrasion resistant hardened steel washers

INNOVATIVE ENGINEERING FOR CORROSION PROTECTION

Unlike Xylan coated isolation washers, the new Diamond-Hyde HCS Washers
are much more abrasion resistant and stronger dielectrically than the older
generation isolation washers. Long life and superior electrical performance
are dependent upon an impermeable, electrically resistant coating. DiamondHyde HCS Washers provide both with the addition of a very chemically resistant
barrier.
The isolating washer can be the weakest link in a flange isolating kit. By using
Diamond-Hyde HCS Washers, the washer is virtually impervious to cracking,
chipping or scratching. The Diamond-Hyde HCS Washer has passed API 6FB
fire testing.

The Diamond-Hyde HCS Washer simplifies washer installation (no specific

order required during installation), eliminates GRE washer cracking and
resists the elements better than any coated isolating washer.

DIAMOND-HYDE EXTREME
Available for extreme service applications where the environment is highly
corrosive such as off-shore platforms, marine applications, high concentrations
of H2 S, abrasive sprays, etc. Diamond-Hyde Extreme is designed with the
same abrasion resistant coating as standard Diamond-Hyde HCS Washers,
but has a 316L Stainless Steel core perfect for harsh applications.
