Assist in the implementation of various health programs of LGU in accordance with the
program goals and objectives of Department of Health and the health sector
A. Maternal and child care
1. Conducts prenatal care
2. Conducts postpartum visits
3. Initiates breastfeeding to postpartum mothers
4. Conducts Expanded Program of Immunization to assigned Barangays

B. Health education/ health promotion activities


1. Facilitate during Family Development Session (FDS) in coordination with DSWD personnel
2. Identify CCT/NHTS and non CCT/NHTS family planning current users and new acceptors
3. Conduct health education on Family Planning.

Assist in the supervision and monitoring of CHT


1. Conduct meeting with the navigators
2. Follow-up and consolidate CHT monthly reports

Assist in the conduct of duties and responsibilities in the community


1. Assist and develop HUP for family members
2. Identify the number of consultation of CCT/NHTS with HUP
Submit monthly accomplishment, reports and DTR to the CHDs through the MHO/PHN describing the
highlights of activities, targets and accomplishments, learning insights, issues/concerns and
recommendation
Perform other related functions as may be assigned such as:
1. conducts & assist in the impementation of school-baesd immunization
2. PHIIC profiling to NHTS & CCT beneficiaries
3. Perform wound dressing
