This is not true. I believe these people miss

understood life. You can not live your whole
life happy, there must be ups and downs.

avoid much laughter, for much laughter

I am Muslim, and I am sure that doesnt

mean. Dont be happy. It means something
else.

There is also belief in the evil eye,

prevalent in Iran and neighboring countries,
which is believed to damage people

This is kind of true.
